Luckypot Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using the luckypot platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and luckypot ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the luckypot platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. luckypot reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration — including your name, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. luckypot reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time. Accounts registered with false information or duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Please do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the luckypot support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the luckypot platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or system-abuse activity is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack, attack, or interfere with luckypot's system operations in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Making false claims about your identity, location, or eligibility to use the platform is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Use
Users are permitted to use the platform for sports betting, poker, and live match activities within the set limits. All bets are for personal entertainment purposes only. The platform is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on betting outcomes.
Suspension for Violations
Luckypot reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of any of the above rules, without prior notice and without refunding the account balance where the violation is deemed serious, such as fraud or money laundering.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the luckypot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms apply to deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and local bank transfers. All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to a registered Malaysian bank account within 1–3 business days. luckypot reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be declined if bonus rollover requirements have not been met.
All deposit, withdrawal, and betting activity records are stored in your account history. In the event of a transaction dispute, luckypot's system records will serve as the definitive reference. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Luckypot is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including lost wager funds, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. luckypot will endeavour to restore service promptly in the event of a technical disruption, but does not guarantee a specific recovery time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Luckypot reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspicious activity, the user's own request, or instruction from a relevant authority. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact customer support for clarification at [email protected].
Intellectual Property
All content on the luckypot platform — including logos, designs, software code, text, graphics, brand names, and the user interface — is the intellectual property of luckypot or parties that have licensed it to us. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links to third-party services. luckypot is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. luckypot reserves the right to update these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on the platform.
